Radiolarian SAG Assemblies and Predicted Mito Proteins

contigs from single-amplified genome (SAG) assemblies from two radiolarians - rad1: Acanthometra sp. (Acantharia); rad2: Lithomelissa sp. (Nassellaria), and two foraminiferans - A1: Calcarina sp.; A29: Neorotalia sp. predicted mitochondrial gene sequences from the two radiolarian SAGs and the two foraminiferan SAGs, in addition to the gene sequences of ~30 other foraminifera mitochondrial genomes of rad1, rad2, A1, and A29 multiple sequence alignments of the 13 translated mitochondrial genes present within rad1 and rad2, aligned with many other protistan lineages from Genbank
