The magnetic skyrmions have been regarded as a good candidate for the next-generation spintronic devices because of its unique properties. During my research, I investigate both skyrmion static and dynamic properties. And designing the skyrmion-based spin-torque nano-oscillator with two structures to maintain skyrmion stable circular motion. Some materials parameters have also been discussed.
磁力斯库默子因其独特的性质而被视为下一代自旋电子器件的理想候选者。在我的研究过程中,我探讨了斯库默子的静态和动态属性。此外,我还设计了基于斯库默子的双结构自旋扭矩纳米振荡器,以维持斯库默子的稳定圆周运动。同时,也对一些材料参数进行了讨论。
