Data and R code for "Divergent seed dispersal outcomes: interactions between seed, disperser, and forest traits"

This is a dataset and R code used in the paper "Divergent seed dispersal outcomes: interactions between seed, disperser, and forest traits" published in Ecology. This study looked at seed dispersal of duiker antelopes in the Dja Faunal Reserve, Cameroon. Duikers both regurgitate large seeds in their nests and defecate small seeds. We conducted transects looking for these nests and dungs and recorded their GPS location. We also collected and measured seeds from nests and dungs. Locations of nests and dungs were compared to habitat covariates from a drone lidar dataset.
