Data and Code for: Characterization of recently established Nearctic populations of orchid bees (Apidae: Euglossini) and comparison with Neotropical counterparts

This dataset supports an integrative population study of Euglossa viridissima (Apidae: Euglossini) across three regions of Mexico: Baja California Sur (BC), Mexican Pacific Coast (MPC), and Yucatán Peninsula (YP). Data include cuticular hydrocarbon (CHC) peak areas from gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), linear and geometric morphometric measurements, and mitochondrial SNPs derived from whole-genome sequencing. These data support analyses of chemical, morphological, and genomic differentiation among regions and enable full reproducibility of all figures and statistical results reported in the associated article.
