资源简介:
Soil microbial communities are key drivers of terrestrial ecosystem functioning, playing essential roles in biogeochemical cycles and in the formation and decomposition of soil organic matter. However, land-use history and agricultural intensification can significantly alter these communities. This study aimed to compare the genetic and functional diversity of soil microbial communities across three land-use types: (1) agricultural area, (2) area under passive restoration, and (3) native preserved area within Campos Gerais National Park (MMA/ICMBio/SISBIO 81846-1). Metagenomic sequencing was performed to assess the impact of land-use history on soil microbial diversity and function.
