THE CONCEPT AND IMPORTANCE OF THE STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION

This thesis provides a scientific analysis of the concept of digital transformation in state communication, its essence, and its stages of development. The study examines the impact of digital transformation on the effectiveness of public administration, its role in optimizing communication processes with citizens, and the development of e-government systems. It also highlights the advantages of digital communication based on international experience and the practice of Uzbekistan, emphasizing its significance in increasing transparency, reducing corruption, and accelerating public service delivery. The research findings contribute to drawing scientific and practical conclusions aimed at improving the digitalization processes of public authorities’ activities.
