Scottish Public Electric Vehicle Charging - ChargePlace Scotland October 2022 to March 2024

Dataset developed and analysed in Plugging-In Caledonia: Location and utilisation of public electric vehicle chargers in Scotland. Dataset contains data (sourced from ChargePlace Scotland) concerning electric vehicle charging sessions taking place on the ChargePlace Scotland public network between October 2022 and March 2024, specifically including the start date and time of each session, the charge point identification code, the session duration, energy consumed, local authority, postcode, charger speed and amount the user paid. Dataset also includes contextual information of the Urban Rural Classification, Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation and Geographical Accessibility Index (sourced from the Scottish Government) for each charger.
