资源简介:
Selenium-rich soils are a valuable natural resource of critical importance to agriculture and human health. Soil microorganisms play a key role in the selenium biogeochemical cycle. Characterizing microbial communities in selenium-rich soils will thus further green agricultural development goals and enhance the efficiency with which natural soil selenium resources are utilized. In this study, the primer pairs ITS1F/ITS4R were used to amplify thefungal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) gene, respectively, from field-collected cultivated soil samples.
