Klebsiella quasipneumoniae subsp. similipneumoniae strain:B105 Genome sequencing and assembly

This study is on the whole genome sequence of Klebsiella quasipneumoniae subsp. Similipneumoniae strain, is one of the member of the Klebsiella pneumoniae species complex (KpsC). It was isolated on May, 2022 from a university teaching hospital wastewater in Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria, using Millipore membrane filtration technique. The study aimed to characterize the isolate identity, MLST Number, phylogenetic relatedness, antibiotic resistance genes, virulence genes and mobile genetic elements.
