资源简介:
Lysobacter enzymogenes M497-1 was isolated from a soil sample in 1971 and identified as Achromobacter lyticus M497-1 at that time. And later on, this strain was correctly re-identified as Lysobacter enzymogenes M497-1. Lysyl endopeptidase, which is one of lytic enzymes produces by the strain M497-1 has been commercialized by Japanese chemical company. This strain also produces another lytic enzyme, beta-1, 3 glucanase, targeted on fungi. The complete genome sequence revealed that this strain possesses a lot of genes encoding proteolytic enzymes except for lysylendopeptidase and also encoding polyketides and non-ribosomal proteins. The complete genome sequence revealed that this strain possesses a lot of genes encoding proteolytic enzymes except for lysylendopeptidase and also encoding polyketides and non-ribosomal proteins. The sequence information will be helpful for further development of commercial enzymes. Expression profiles are also available analyzed by RNA seq. By this analysis, significant expression of the genes encoding lytic enzymes such as beta-1, 3 glucanase and proteolytic enzymes containing commercialized lysylendopeptidase was confirmed.
