Este archivo contiene los mismos 2077 FTs listados en Candidate_transcription_factors_that_may_regulate_ZmME3.xlsx, conservando el orden de las filas, pero con información adicional centrada en la identificación y análisis de ortólogos, junto con datos complementarios. Las columnas del archivo incluyen identificadores (IDs) génicos y proteicos de Z. mays, así como los IDs proteicos de Z. mays y A. thaliana el cual comparten ortología provistos por MetaPhOrs. También se incluyen los IDs génicos de A. thaliana asociados a estos ortólogos, junto con información complementaria de la base de datos ThaleMine. Además, se añaden los homólogos de A. thaliana con el mejor hit de Blastp, obtenidos de la plataforma Maize Tissue GRN. Se incluyen datos de coexpresión con AtME1 según ATTED-II y referencias adicionales de ortología desde MaizeGDB. The file columns include gene and protein identifiers (IDs) for Z. mays, as well as Z. mays and A. thaliana protein IDs that share orthology, provided by MetaPhOrs. Additionally, the A. thaliana gene IDs associated with these orthologs are included, along with complementary information from the ThaleMine database.
Furthermore, A. thaliana homologs with the best Blastp hit, obtained from the Maize Tissue GRN platform, are added. Co-expression data with AtME1 according to ATTED-II and additional orthology references from MaizeGDB are also included.
Finally, the file provides the assignment of orthologs in Oryza sativa, with their respective protein IDs provided by MetaPhOrs.
