Reference genome-based simulation input files

Input tables and files used to run reference genome-based simulations. <br> <br> Includes: GToTree_output_subset.tre - original tree of all 500 genomes randomly selected from PICRUSt2 database ref.based_prepped_func_tables.rds - RDS file containing R object of function copy number tables for each simulation type ref.based_prepped_trees.rds - Prepared phylo objects for each simulation type, based on original tree ref.based_random_groups.rds - RDS file containing list of sample groupings that were randomly sampled for each replicate relabun_tables - folder containing gzipped tables of simulated genome abundances under each respective simulation setting.
