Diet-induced obesity in zebrafish (Danio rerio) larvae: untargeted LC-MS/MS metabolomics, Y-maze behaviour and morphometry dataset

Data from the NCN MINIATURA project "Optymalizacja metody indukcji otyłości w modelu larw Danio pręgowanego w oparciu o wybrane parametry metabolomiczne". Zebrafish larvae were fed a control diet (Brachionus plicatilis) or an egg-yolk-based high-fat diet (5–14 dpf). Dataset includes raw LC-MS/MS files (Orbitrap Exploris 480, HCD-DDA), Compound Discoverer 3.3 feature tables, EthoVision XT15 Y-maze exports with tetragram alternation analysis, and morphometric/survival data.
