为保证泥鳅安全性，需要对泥鳅中恩诺沙星含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中兽药最大残留限量》（GB 31650—2019）中规定，泥鳅中恩诺沙星最高限量值为100ug/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域泥鳅含量指标的情况，为监管部门提供监管依据。1、.数据采集：数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品；2、对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算：X=C*V*f/m，式中：X为试样中待测组分含量，单位为微克每千克(ug/kg)；C为试样待测液中恩诺沙星含量，单位为微克每升(ug/L)；V为试样待测液定容体积 ，单位为毫升(mL)；m为试样质量 ，单位为克(g) 。可得检查项目恩诺沙星的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比“农业部1077号公告-1-2008”中标定的数据要求，在限定值内的为合格，超出限定值的为不合格。
To ensure the safety of loach, the content of enrofloxacin in loach must be strictly controlled. According to the National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Foods (GB 31650—2019), the maximum allowable limit of enrofloxacin in loach is 100 μg/kg. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the enrofloxacin content indicators of loach in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments. 1. Data Collection: The data were collected from randomly inspected samples obtained from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Calculation of Detected Values: The content of the target component was calculated using the following formula: X=C*V*f/m, where X represents the content of the target component in the test sample, with the unit of micrograms per kilogram (μg/kg); C represents the concentration of enrofloxacin in the sample test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V represents the constant volume of the sample test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m represents the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g). The content data of enrofloxacin for the inspection item can thus be obtained. 3. Qualification Determination: Compare the above detected data with the regulatory requirements specified in Announcement No. 1077-1-2008 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. Samples with detected values within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
