Dataset used to generate the results and plot the figures of the investigation entitled "Spatio-temporal representation of Mesoscale Convective Systems in convection-permitting simulations over Northwestern South America". Each file contains the results of running the ATRACKCS algorithm (Ramírez-Cardona et al., 2022) in different periods for the WRF model and observations.
