Wild type iPSCs (WT-iPSCs) generated and fully characterized in our laboratory were used for RFX3 knockout iPSCs (RFX3 KO iPSCs) generation. WT-iPSCs and RFX3 KO iPSCs were differentiated into pancreatic islet cells to uncover RFX3’s role during pancreatic islet development as described in the article titled “RFX3 is required for the development of human pluripotent-stem cell-derived pancreatic islets” by Memon et al.
