Scripts and data for the manuscript: Admixture in the fungal pathogen Blastomyces

This dataset includes the vcf file used in analyses of introgression of the genus Blastomyces, as well as the scripts used for generating figures and data exploration more broadly. The gvcf (including invariant sites) was not included for space considerations, but should be recreatable using pipelines described in the manuscript.
