Municipal-Level Spatial Autocorrelation Dataset for Measles in Mexico, 2025–2026

This repository contains the municipal-level dataset used for spatial autocorrelation analysis of measles in Mexico (2025–2026). It includes aggregated case counts, population denominators, geographic identifiers, and calculated incidence rates at the municipal level, formatted for spatial statistical analysis using Global Moran's I and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA).
