Soil Mapping Units - Sandusky County

This coverage was created as part of an Ohio Capability Analysis Program CAUV Tax Assessment program in cooperation with the Sandusky County Auditor's Office. Soil mapping units can be used in environmental analyses, erosion analyses, land use planning etc. They can be used to map a host of variables such as texture, ph depth to seasonal high water table, and slope.
