Transcriptome of Venom Gland of Bothrops jararaca

The lack of complete genomic data for Bothrops jararaca, a non-model organism, difficult research at the molecular biology level and functional studies focusing on biotechnological applications of venom gland components. Identification of full-length coding region of genes is crucial for the correct molecular cloning design. In this work, we describe the in deep transcriptome analysis of B. jararaca venom gland.
