The goal of this project was to study the difference in GBM tumors formed in ESM1 Knockout vs. WT mice. Overall design: ESM1 Knockout and WT mice were injected intracranially with mG7080 (Murine GBM tumor cell line). Mice were monitored for tumor formation. Once these mice formed tumor, n=2 per group were sacrificed and tumor was resected and immediately processed for ATAC-seq.
