# Project title Discrete-time (period) mixed-model analysis of the QUALIDEM on observed data only: methods paper companion to the IPOS-Dem stepped-wedge cluster randomised trial # Brief project overview This is the analysis code and de-duplicated observed-data-only dataset accompanying the methods paper on discrete-time modelling of the QUALIDEM in the IPOS-Dem stepped-wedge cluster randomised trial (SW-CRT). The dataset has 234 people with dementia across 23 long-term care facilities, one row per (person, period) actually assessed (882 rows), with baseline sociodemographic covariates joined from the study's administrative records. The R script fits the primary model family (M1-M5), the sex-and-age and full-baseline-sociodemographic sensitivities, the six QUALIDEM subscales, Feingold-standardised effect sizes, and three covariance-structure sensitivities via `glmmTMB`.
