New-Aquitaine: Registered sites (WFS service)

Service WFS — This data contains only those departments whose updates of registered sites have been published on the planning geoportal: Nouvelle-Aquitaine hors Charente, Dordogne, Lot-et-Garonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
The registered site constitutes a minimum guarantee of protection by submitting any changes in the appearance of the site to a prior declaration.
Registration shall be made by order of the Minister for the Environment. The result is that any owner or occupant must inform the administration four months in advance of its intention to carry out work other than that which corresponds to the day-to-day operation of the rural funds and the normal maintenance of the buildings.
All registered sites are protected against voluntary destruction, mutliation and degragation, which are punishable under the terms of the Penal Code (fine or even imprisonment).
