Measurements of flows, waves, turbulence and fluxes on Tabkukau and Ngederrak Reefs, Republic of Palau

This is hydrodynamic/biogeochemical data collected as part of a collaborative project " Wavy turbulent flow over a coral reef: vertical structure and fluxes", supported by NSF grant OCE‐1948189, and by NSF and Stanford Graduate Fellowships. All data was collected on reefs in the Republic of Palau. data includes mean flows, turbulence and wave parameters, dissolved oxygen and pH measurements, and estimates of fluxes of dissolved oxygen to and from the reef. stereophotogrametry done during this project can be found at https://purl.stanford.edu/yg307wt2129.
