Areas in Flanders, in which a pre-purchase right applies (or has been applicable) for a certain period resulting from: — the Law on land consolidation in force of the Law of 22 July 1970 (B.S. 04/09/1970) – the Law supplementing the Law of 22 July 1970 on land consolidation of land resources, in force of the Law with special provisions specific to the Flemish Region of 11 August 1978 (B.S. 22/09/1978).
