Notebook code and data underlying infrastructure recommendations rose plot

We have done a comparison of six real world bioinformatics infrastructure which were scored across eight key dimensions or features. Each feature plotted here is an average of the scores of the survey questions that comprise that feature (see notebook code for details). This dataset consists of the data set underlying the rose plot, and the code used to aggregate the survey data and present it.
