Mogroside V protects Lipopolysaccharides-induced lung inflammation chicken via suppressing inflammation mediated by the Th17 through the gut-lung axis

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure triggers pulmonary inflammation, leading to compromised lung function in chickens. This study investigated the protective role of Mogroside V (MGV) against LPS-induced lung inflammation via the gut-lung axis. The dysbiosis of gut microbiota activated immune responses, inducing the production of inflammatory factors, ultimately damaging lung tissues.
