1)本数据统计了中晚侏罗世燕辽生物群早期组合——道虎沟化石层及同时期地层即海房沟组、九龙山组中已发表的昆虫化石,整理了所有参考文献,并统计分析。 2)数据来自所有已发表的资料,运用统计学方法进行数据分析。 3)2001年至2021年4月道虎沟生物群中共报道了昆虫化石760中,共发表了396篇研究论文。 4)经统计,道虎沟生物群中多样性最高的昆虫为膜翅目,第二为双翅目,第三为脉翅目,第四为半翅目,第五为鞘翅目。

This dataset compiles and statistically analyzes all published insect fossils from the early assemblage of the Yanliao Biota in the Middle-Late Jurassic, including the Daohugou Fossil Bed and its contemporaneous strata: the Haifanggou Formation and Jiulongshan Formation, and collates all relevant references. All data are sourced from published literature, and statistical methods are employed for data analysis. From 2001 to April 2021, a total of 760 insect fossil species and 396 research papers have been published in relation to the Daohugou Biota. Statistical analyses show that the insect order with the greatest diversity in the Daohugou Biota is Hymenoptera, followed by Diptera, Neuroptera, Hemiptera, and Coleoptera in descending order of diversity.
