METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLOORBOARD AND FLOORBOARD

The invention relates to a method for producing a floor board. The floor board has a carrier plate and a top veneer 2， 3. For the production， individual veneers 2， 3 are placed on a large-area exit carrier plate 1， adjacent veneers 2， 3 being positioned on the exit carrier plate 1 at a distance from one another， forming a gap 6. A resin layer 4 is provided between the output carrier plate 1 and the veneers 2， 3. A counter-pull layer is arranged on the underside of the output carrier plate 1. The multilayer body formed in this way is then hot pressed in a press and the starting carrier plate 1 and the veneers 2， 3 are glued by means of the resin 5 of the resin layer 4. The counter position is connected to the underside of the output carrier plate 1. The compressed multilayer body is then separated into individual planks， the separation being carried out in the area of ????a gap 6 between two adjacent veneers 2， 3. The individual planks are profiled on their side edges and provided with connecting means. When profiling the side edges， a gap residue filled with resin can be removed or used to form a visible edge strip along the veneer.
