Pre-registered frozen inputs for a methods paper on evaluating claimed exact relations between mathematical invariants and measured dimensionless physical constants: a 28-entry observable list with framework-independent inclusion criteria and primary-source citations (CODATA 2022, PDG 2025, NuFIT 6.1, Planck 2018), three expression grammars with declared closure rules, two complexity measures, and anti-gaming guards.
