The effects of different PGPRs on the composition of microbial communities in the garlic rhizosphere in different soil environments

Soil samples from the root zones of garlic sprouts treated under different soil conditions and with different strains were sent to Guangzhou Meige Gene for high-throughput sequencing. Using the second-generation sequencing method, based on the Illumina HiSeq sequencing platform, sequencing was conducted in the V4 region and the ITS2 region to investigate the specific situation of the community. Through diversity analysis, differences between the samples were further compared to understand the change patterns of the microbial community and determine the dominant species.
