aA total of 255 patient samples were analyzed by Loi et al. [12], but only 152 samples were included in our analysis. The remaining 103 patients were either not coupled to clinical data, were not treated with Tamoxifen or analyzed using platform GPL97 (one of three platforms used in this study), which was excluded since 79% of the probes for the genes of interest were missing.
