Gene expression profiles of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. bulbs across three different planted bases

This study investigated the biochemical variations in F. thunbergii bulbs across three different planted bases through asexual reproduction to identify the critical period for alkaloid synthesis. Integrated analysis of metabolomics and transcriptomics first guided the elucidation of a more complete synthetic pathway of alkaloid in F. thunbergii bulbs.
