High-Throughput Sequencing Analysis of Differential MicroRNA Expression in the Process of Blocking the Progression of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis to Gastric Cancer by Xianglianhuazhuo Formula

To investigate the potential mechanism of action of Xianglianhuazhuo formula (XLHZ) in blocking the progression of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) to gastric cancer (GC) . The microRNA (miRNA) expression profiles of gastric mucosal tissues were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.本研究旨在探究香连化浊方（Xianglianhuazhuo formula, XLHZ）阻断慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG）进展为胃癌（gastric cancer, GC）的潜在作用机制。采用高通量测序技术对胃黏膜组织的微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）表达谱进行分析。
