Parcel-Specific Open Data Descriptions: Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey and Florida Building Code

The rulesets provided herein document open data descriptions available in the Department of Energy's Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey and the Florida Building Code. The rulesets can be utilized to develop computational workflows that support automated building characterizations for parcel-specific loss estimations. It is recommended that the object-oriented data model referenced in this project's related work be utilized to facilitate automated incorporation of open data descriptions.
