Road deck layer types according to RLS-19 in Hamburg

The data set contains the road cover types according to the guidelines for noise protection on roads (RLS-19) on the Hamburg city road network. It is based on the intersection of the following different data sets and assumptions: 1. Calculation of the load classes according to the “Guidelines for the standardisation of the superstructure of traffic areas” (RStO for short) for all road sections. 2. Adoption of the standard construction methods since 1992 in accordance with the ‘Additional Technical Contract Conditions and Guidelines for Road Construction Works in Hamburg’; (short ZTV/St-Hmb.) for the load classes according to RStO, differentiated according to the structures road and bridge. 3. Flat-rate consideration of bridge surfaces from ALKIS. 4. Use of the city of Hamburg’s street feminisation for the exact detection of all paving surfaces.
