Dataset for testing on insulation panels to sustain jet impingement at high temperatures

We conducted an experimental study to develop high-temperature-proof panels. A total of 36 panels based on nine designs with three commonly-found core materials (i.e., polycrystalline filaments, silica aerogel, and aluminum silicate) were tested under an impinging jet at temperatures ranging 500–585°C.
