本数据主要用于 跑偏开关不同生产批次的产品合格率情况，通过检测数据，可以判断产品各生产批次合格率，分析内因不断提升产品质量和完善生产工艺水平。数据采集：采集样品名称、型号规格、生产日期、批次总数、不符合数、检测项目、检测结果等信息；
数据处理：筛选出不合格的结果，根据机械行业标准JB/T 10939-2010的出厂检验方法进行检测，不合格率=（不符合数/批次总数）*100%，优等品比例=优等品数/批次总数*100%

This dataset is primarily utilized to analyze the qualified product rates across different production batches of deviation switches. Based on the collected testing data, one can determine the qualified rate of each production batch, analyze the underlying causes, and continuously improve product quality as well as optimize production processes.
Data collection: Collect information including sample name, model and specification, production date, total number of products per batch, number of non-conforming products, inspection items, and inspection results.
Data processing: Screen out non-conforming test results. Inspections shall be conducted in accordance with the factory inspection method specified in the mechanical industry standard JB/T 10939-2010. The non-conforming rate is calculated as (number of non-conforming products / total number of products per batch) * 100%, and the proportion of superior products is calculated as (number of superior products / total number of products per batch) * 100%.
