Surface adsorption dataset of 28 probe compounds

This dataset contains the surface adsorption properties of a 40 nm diameter MWCNT, coated with hydroxyl derivatives. Five nanodescriptors representing the surface adsorption interactions of the MWCNT with biological components are included. A set of 28 compounds with diverse physicochemical properties are used as probe compounds for predicting the adsorption coefficient (k) of this particular MWCNT.
