Investigator in2019_v06 WireWalker data from RBR Concerto CTD

This dataset includes variables collected during deployment of the Del Mar Oceanographic WireWalker instrument used on RV Investigator 2019_v06 voyage. The data is the CTD (conductivity, temperature, depth) and biological sensor (Chlorophyll a, dissolved oxygen) data from the RBR Concerto CTD upcasts from the deployment. The data has undergone processing using the RSKtools developed by RBR, has been quality controlled and has standard GTSPP quality flags applied.\nThere are 452 upcasts in the collection, from approximately 500m depth to the surface.\nLineage: Data was collected under the RBR software and processed with RSKtools (Matlab). The processed data was exported to Ocean Data View (ODV) software where standard Global Temperature and Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) quality flags were applied. Finally, the data was exported to the netcdf format.\n\nFull details of the processing, flag application and data quality are available in the Data Report in the Supporting Documentation section.\n\n
