CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutagenesis of GhJAZ2 in Gossypium hirsutum and Sanger sequencing validation

This BioProject contains Sanger sequencing data generated to validate CRISPR/Cas9-induced mutations in the Gossypium hirsutum JASMONATE ZIM-DOMAIN gene (GhJAZ2) located on the A and D subgenomes. Genomic DNA from edited cotton plants was PCR-amplified across the target region and sequenced using capillary Sanger sequencing. The data were produced to confirm genome editing events and to characterize sequence variations in T0 and T1 generations.
