人民星云农业农村大数据中心系统

一、系统功能：通过卫星遥感技术、无人机遥感技术、物联网技术等手段对农业生产过程中的数据进行采集和监管，从而实现对农业、农村的全方位监管和管理，通过人工智能技术对采集到的数据进行分析，从而得出有价值的信息，帮助政府部门和相关企业更好地了解农业的生产管理、生态环境，制定更加科学合理的农业发展方案。
二、系统架构：云平台采用SAAS模式，根据用户需求定期数据解译分析，主要为政府、农业农村局、金融机构提供全面的数据支持和服务。

1. System Functions: Collect and supervise data throughout agricultural production via technologies including satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing and the Internet of Things (IoT), so as to realize all-round supervision and management of agriculture and rural areas. Analyze the collected data with artificial intelligence (AI) technology to derive valuable insights, helping government departments and relevant enterprises better understand agricultural production management and the ecological environment, and formulate more scientific and rational agricultural development plans.
2. System Architecture: The cloud platform adopts the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model, conducts regular data interpretation and analysis based on user needs, and mainly provides comprehensive data support and services for governments, Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureaus and financial institutions.
