In this study we collected faecal samples from a mouse model of Hutchinson Gilford progeria syndrome or HGPS prior to and following treatment with baricitinib, lonafarnib or their combination. Stool samples were additionally collected from control wild type mice. The samples were analysed for their microbiome composition using 16S amplicon sequencing of the V3-V4 region.
