Gene expression analysis after shRNA-mediated knockdown of lncRNA CRNDE in the APL cell line NB4

We performed RNA sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes and associated functional pathways. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed in NB4 cells infected with the CRNDE shRNA (sh-CRNDE) or the non-targeting control shRNA (sh-Control). NB4 cells were harvested at day three post-infection, and total RNA was extracted.
