Data on lesion lengths of the fungal pathogen Neofusicoccum parvum that developed on grapevines that were previously non-inoculated or infected with Xylella fastidiosa, Neofusicoccum parvum, or Meloidogyne incognita (the root knot nematode). Also available are changes in phenolic compound levels in stems, measured by liquid chromatography, taken the same time as the measured Neofusicoccum parvum lesion lengths, in mg/g fresh weights (and including summed total amounts of different phenolic compound subclasses).
