Dataset - Barcelona Baseline Health and Nutrition Survey - FoodCLIC project

Baseline dataset collected via a structured, hetero-administered questionnaire targeting all adult residents (18+) of the Fondo and Sant Cosme neighborhoods in the Barcelona city-region. Designed to assess food insecurity, diet quality, food literacy, health status, perceived food environment, and sociodemographic profile prior to the implementation of FoodCLIC real-life interventions. Instruments used include the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES), Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ), Short Food Literacy Questionnaire (SFLQ), items from the perceived Nutrition environment survey (NEMS-P) and items from the European Health Interview Survey (SF-36). A total of 388 residents participated in the baseline survey.
