Hourly Yeast Growth in DDW, DI Water, 30%, 60% and 99% D2O

This is a follow up to Trial 2 (see link to figshare data below), which don't execute as expected. Yeast cultures were analyzed every hour (see setup links below). Cultures were diluted 1:10 from starting cultures in DI water, DDW, and D2O (made with YPD). Starting values were similar in DI and DDW YPD, but were significantly less in D2O (~2.7 absorbance in both DI and DDW YPD vs ~0.1 in D2O YPD). Data is summarized in the *.xlsx file and the raw data for the absorbance spectrum of the nanodrop and the readings are found in the two *.xml files. If I left anything out let me know in my notebook or below.
