The Global Catalog of Microbial Strain Preservation (GCM) is a database dedicated to knowledge mining and information sharing for globally preserved microbial strains. Currently, it has received over 500,000 strain information submissions from more than 150 culture preservation centers across over 50 countries worldwide. Additionally, GCM is equipped with multiple built-in services, including scientific species name verification, strain preservation history organization, literature and patent mining, and more.
