The following files are included : data analysis.ipynb , a Jupyter Notebook used for the data analysis files.zip , a zip file containing all the data analyzed in the Jupyter notebook Images.zip , a zip file with all the images produced when running the notebook. SEM images.zip , a zip file with the SEM images of the SECCM mappings and of representative SECCM probes.
