Fischoederius specimens collected from naturally infected cattle show mitochondrial DNA differences that suggest that they represent distinct species Raw sequence reads

The rumen fluke Fischoederius elongatus is the type-species of the genus Fischoederius. Classical samples have not been directly linked to molecular data. Recent molecular data claimed to originate from F. elongatus is conflicting. Thus, it is assumed that there are undescribed species in the genus which resemble F. elongatus. This project tries to resolve the conflicting data by transcriptome data from specimens collected in Thailand.
